Traditions of Westfield will offer multiple living options and levels of care. Residents will be able to age-in-place with independent living, assisted living, and, if needed, a secured memory care component for those residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of age-associated memory impairment. The community is close to walking trails, restaurants, shopping, hotels, multifamily housing, entertainment, and the 400-acre Grand Park Sports Campus, which attracts over 1.5 million guests annually and is home to the Indianapolis Colts training camp.

This beautiful, state-of-the-art, all-new community will offer substantial service offerings and amenities, which include a dedicated 24-hour nursing staff, emergency response systems, scheduled transportation to doctor appointments and shopping, organized trips and off-site activities, restaurant-style fine dining, casual dining, an outdoor rooftop lounge, fitness center, beauty salon/barber, library, chapel, outdoor gathering areas, along with daily on-site recreational activities and events.!

Units are scheduled to be available in the spring of 2026!
