Libby Mellinger

Libby Mellinger - 

Executive Director

Libby was born and raised in Indiana and was drawn to the locally owned and operated North Willow community. She received her Activity Director and Certified Nursing Assistant certifications in 2002, and added her Social Services Designee certification in 2004. Libby also served as the Community Relations Director at North Willow before moving into her role as Executive Director.

"North Willow and our residents are home to me. We work hard to make this a place of excellence in every way possible because we care so much about residents and their families. We know their stories and their wishes, and I believe strongly in serving everyone with options that enrich and often change their lives in surprising and positive ways."

Libby is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to one grandson.

Mason Brown

Mason Brown - 

Community Relations Director

Mason Brown began his senior living journey as a summer intern three years ago, during which he gained meaningful experience and insights that sparked a lasting passion for the field.

After graduating from The Ohio State University, Mason worked in several Traditions communities across Ohio. Most recently, he completed a nine-month assignment at Traditions of Hilliard in Hilliard, OH. Now, he’s excited to be joining the team at Traditions of Westfield. "I’m thrilled to bring both my experience and enthusiasm to my new role at our Westfield location."

Mason is passionate about senior living because he believes in enhancing the quality of life for older adults. During his internship, Mason saw firsthand the profound impact that compassionate care and meaningful connections can have. "That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I can contribute to the well-being and happiness of seniors every day."

Mason is an Indianapolis native, and he’s the middle child in a family of six with one older brother and two younger sisters. Outside of work, Mason enjoys videography as a creative outlet.
